2. Customers are encouraged to inspect and test‑drive the vehicle before purchase.
3. Independent mechanical inspections are welcomed and can be arranged at the customer’s expense.
4. Odometer readings are provided in good faith and believed to be accurate unless otherwise disclosed.
5. If the price does not contain the notation that it is “Drive Away”, the price may not include additional costs, such as stamp duty, transport  and other government charges. Please confirm price and features with the seller of the vehicle.
6. Any aftermarket accessories or modifications requested by the customer must be paid for in advance.
7. Installation timelines depend on supplier availability and workshop scheduling.

Delivery Information

1. Delivery dates are estimates and may vary due to registration processing, finance approval, or workshop scheduling.
2. Customers must provide accurate personal information for registration and finance applications.
3.  The dealership is not responsible for delays caused by incomplete or incorrect customer information.
4. – If transport charges appear on the customer’s invoice, the customer acknowledges that they are the direct customer of the transport company, not the dealership.
5. Play Performances facilitates the booking as an administrative courtesy only and does not act as the transport company’s client.
6. – Any issues, delays, damage, or claims relating to transport must be handled directly between the customer and the transport provider.
7. – Statutory warranty (where applicable under Queensland law) begins once the vehicle leaves the dealership’s premises, regardless of whether the vehicle is collected in person or transported by a third party engaged by the customer.
8.  Once the vehicle has been collected from the dealership, whether by the customer or their nominated transport provider, Play Performance is not responsible for any costs, fees, or charges incurred thereafter. This includes, but is not limited to Storage fees, Administrative or processing fees from third parties, interstate registration fees.

Indemnity

1. To the fullest extent allowed by law, you agree to indemnify us from and against all actions, claims, suits, demands, damages, liabilities, losses and expenses (whether in tort or in contract) arising out of or related to your use of this Website.
